E-Pulse is a health application developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. This application provides a platform where citizens can record, track and share their health data with their doctors. The program allows users to record their medical reports, medications, vaccinations and allergies. It also offers many features to facilitate the monitoring of people with chronic diseases. Users can only access their own health data, and this data can only be shared with their doctor with the user's permission.
